Training Sessions

New this year is a series of training sessions for local riders who would like to join us on the Up & Down but are unsure whether they’re able to complete the ride. Also riders who have ridden the Up & Down but who would like to join us for a supported training program are welcome. Our first meeting is Saturday, Mar 2 at 2:00 at The Grove (1195 E. Main, Ashland). We’ll talk about climbing techniques and strategies and a training plan throughout the Spring and into summer. This will be a strategy session, but bring your bike for a once over.

These sessions will meet weekly and the format will be informal, with riders starting at a comfortable level of speed and climbing. Riders are welcome to  attend any and all sessions.
